Why Truffles?
Why train your dog to find truffles?
Because Oregon has them! The truffle industry in Oregon is in its infancy, and this delightful natural resource is waiting to be tapped. Aside from using dogs, the only other practical way to harvest these fantastic fungi involves laborious and destructive raking of the top layers of soil from the forest floor. Check out the links page to learn more about this amazing native product and local industry. Contact us for more info!
